Akshara in serious trouble in "Yeh Rishta Kya Kahlata Hain"

The household in which Akshara has got married, the household of her husband Naitik, is pretty conservative. The idea is to respect elders, treat their word as a command, and overall not go in for new fashioned stuff (which includes getting married in a love marriage). And this is where Akshara finds herself in serious trouble.
Naitik's sister, Nandini is handicapped, and has been having trouble finding a good match. Unknowingly to her, she was falling in love with a good friend of the family, Mohit (a childhood friend of Naitik). She finally admits it to Akshara, and soon after when Mohit gets into a small accident, Mohit also finds out about this. However, Nandini thinks that Mohit has rejected her, and agrees to go through a normal arranged relations; however, things change when Mohit confirms her love and they are both able to confess their feelings for each other.
However, not everything is so positive elsewhere. Akshara knows about all this, and yet like so many other serials, is unable to tell Naitik about this, and then Naitik finds out about this when he sees all 3 of them together. When some people come to see Nandini and are ready to move ahead, Naitik gets the relation stopped, and forces Akshara to reveal the truth. The net result is that after this, everybody is very angry with both Nandini and Akshara, and do not talk to them. Naitik ignores Akshara and she is horrified by his reaction, crying most of the time.

Ammaji died on Na Aana Is Desh Ladoo on Colors

The serial, appearing on Colors weekdays at 10:30 PM has suddenly seen a major change. Ammaji was the terror of the whole area, acting like a total local dictator, and causing immense grief to the women of her household. Initially they showed her as responsible for killing women infants, but they soon stopped showing those. However, Ammaji was shown as acting in a most villanious way in the way she behaved against Chanda and against Sia (deceiving Sia by showing her son in a good way, but her son quickly reverted back to being a true son of Ammaji and portraying Sia as a girl of loose morals).
However, in all this, Ammaji made some deadly rivals. Earlier, by throwing the DM out, and then managing to win the court against her, she made a deadly enemy in the shape of the DM, who never accepted his humiliation at the hands of Ammaji. In addition, her brother-in-law and her son both have been trying out how to kill Ammaji by making it look like an accident. But Ammaji escapes every time. Her local pandit also gave her a warning that she was in danger if she steps outside the house.
In the end, the DM got Annaji to out come out in public by inviting her to stand as a candidated for an. For this, she was willing to defeat the words of the pandit who warned how about going out, and finally, despite Siya trying to save Ammaji, Ammaji was doomed.

Sadhana kicked out of the house in Bidaai

Finally, it happened. Hindi TV serials are pretty well known for trying to twist stories, and for showing a lot of bad things happening before things get better. They seem to live up to the saying, "If you do a good deed, you will get punished". So it is with Sadhana, who only states the truth when she is asked the question in court. When the trial of Ranveer is ongoing, the final question is when Sadhana is asked to testify and she states the truth. As a result, Ranveer is sentenced to an year's jail term.
However, this has a lot of repercussions. Sadhana is blamed by everyone for doing this to Ranveer, with Vasu turning her out of the house. Alekh also blames her for this and does not stand by her, even though he does love her. In her own house also, her mami of course does not support her and blames her for whatever is happening; and this is troubled by the fact that Ragini was pregnant, and lost her baby due to the shock.
In all this, the only person who stands by Sadhana is her mamaji, who lays down the law in the house that Sadhana will stay there, and no one will say anything to her.

Aap Ki Antara - going down the sob story line again

The life of an autistic girl with the challenges faced by her family.
Aap Ki Antara seemed to be showing positive news, with Antara and Vidya getting closer, and having a specific scene where Antara seems to be coming out of her shell. Vidya is encouraged to start her classical music and singing sessions again, and then comes a time when it is learned that Antara seems to be swaying to music as well, and in fact, the breakthrough happens when Antara starts singing at a public performance given by Vidya when Vidya is overcome by her emotions and cannot sing anymore.
However, it was too good to last, and one knew that the manufacturers of the serial would ensure that things would again start to get into tragedy and despair, and so it seemed. Just when it seemed that things would start to become normal (even though Abhishek gets troubled by Antara's behavior a lot), things start to go downhill again. It is shown that Aditya is diagnosed with stomach cancer, and is beyond treatment. He has not yet told Vidya, but is starting to plan for when he will not there.
