Hindi TV Serial - Qubool Hain - Asad still adamant on testifying against his father

The serial is keeping the story a bit twisting, although the big mystery seems to be getting closer to a resolution. For many days now, the serial has been twisting the story of why Rashid is under the domination of Razia, and why she keeps on scaring him with the story of revealing what happened 17 years back. And he knows that he will get in trouble when the story gets revealed, and hence he keeps on doing whatever Razia has been asking him to do. However, in the past few weeks, Rashid has been struggling with this domination, letting Razia know that he will no longer be dominated by her, supported by his mother and his son Ayyan who now believe that Razia only wishes them ill-will. They have been trying to get Rashid to accept that they should move out of the house, but Rashid was resisting this for a long time.
However, Razia played a master stroke by getting both son and father to be against each other, by getting both Rashid and Asad to be in the same place at the same other, and in such a way that Rashid was seen as removing the body of a lady from there by Asad. Asad also linked this to the attempt on the life of his mother, and hence sent off information to the police about this so that the inspector came and arrested Rashid when he was in the middle of an argument with police. Ayyan believes that this can be prevented by his brother Asad, but is extremely shocked when he learns that Asad was the one who filed the police complaint, and is the one behind the arrest; when he confronts Asad, Asad refused to back down even when Ayyan tries to play the brother game.
On the other hand, everybody in Asad's house opposes his decision to give testimony against his father, and Zoya also reminds him that she was also there and she will give a different testimony for the same. Asad is angry at this and says that he will support the truth no matter what happens. Zoya and Ayyan try methods to prevent him from getting to court, but Asad sees through all such efforts, including a comical scene when Ayyan appears in the form of a ghost holding a candle to stop them from proceeding, and Asad gives a very hard slap to the ghost which causes the ghost to run away.
But Asad and Zoya are getting closer, and Zoya is surprised by some recent utterances by Asad where it seems that Asad is in love with her; something that he admitted to her when they were closer together. Unfortunately for Zoya, when she gets in an accident, Asad comes there to the scene of the accident, and then hugs another lady in a form that appears romantic.

Hindi TV Serial - Parichay - Court order for Siddhi and Anands to stay with Kunal

The story sweeps round and round, seems like a circle. Basic problem: Other people manipulate the situation, Siddhi tries to solve everything on her own but she ends up being seen as the wrong person, criticized by everyone and is not able to (or does not want to) explain the situation properly. Kunal is shown as the guy who remains in love with Siddhi, but is impulsive and angry, and is persuaded that Siddhi is not really in love with him and has told her so many times (even when he has understood the problem she has faced, but when faced with a situation again, again he gets persuaded that she is telling him a lie). The last time such a thing happened when Siddhi was forced to marry Abhay, and as usual she did not try to tell Kunal the whole situation, and he understood the situation as he saw it.
Now, things are more critical. Siddhi is apparently married to Abhay, and Kunal wants custody of his other Anand (he has recently learned that the other Anand is also his son, while Abhay is hyper over wanting the custody of the child). Both the children have learnt that they are brothers, and they decide that they want to be with each other, and hence run away together. All of the grown ups go after them, but then the children are kidnapped. It is then that Vikram returns to the serial, since he is the one who finds them and brings them back.
In the custody case, it is the Anand living with Kunal who makes the final punches, claiming that he wants to live with his mother and father, and then is able to convince the court that Kunal had not really signed the divorce papers and hence the divorce has not happened. Kunal then wants a divorce, but the judge goes through the legal process, saying that Siddhi and Kunal must live together for 6 months before they can proceed with a divorce; the kids are over-joyed, while Abhay, Richa and Thakral are devastated. The judge also declared the marriage of Siddhi and Abhay as void, since her divorce has not happened.

Hindi TV Serial - Parichay - Rohit is alive, and now Siddhi has to prove this and get Kunal free

For some reason, the serial primarily seems to be focused on the conflict between Kunal's family and the Thakral. Now, pappa Thakral feels that he is better than Kunal, and hence there will always be a conflict between them. But the situation is more tricky for the next generation, since beti Thakral (Richa) is passionate about Kunal, and beta Thakral (Rohit) is passionate about Raveena, and both Kunal and Raveena now don't want anything to do with Rohit and Richa.
So, the current situation is that Rohit is trying to get his revenge, and for that purpose, he tries to get Siddhi the accused in his murder case, but things are never simple. Kunal steps in, convinces the court that it was actually he who was involved in the case, and then Thakral (how does Thakral become the prosecution lawyer, when his own son was the victim) manages to prove that it was a planned murder and not a simple accident, and thus things get more serious.
Siddhi did not want Kunal to take the blame, but Kunal went ahead and did the same, and now Siddhi wants to get him out. For some time, people in the household believe that Vikram had also fought with Rohit at around the same time, and maybe he was the murderer of Rohit. However, then Siddhi manages to get a glimpse of a guy who was after Raveena, and it was Rohit. When she tells family members, they do not believe her, but then Vikram and others start believing. Now they need to catch Rohit and show him to the police so that the murder case will be over and Kunal can be out of jail. What is surprising is that Thakral also apparently does not know that Rohit is alive.

Hindi TV Serial - Parichay - Rohit gets his men to kidnap Siddhi, although by mistake

The whole incident of the CD at the party where the CD would show Richa mixing something in the drink that she gave to Kunal is leading to something more. The CD would reverse the current status of the case, since it would show that Richa was upto something, and hence Thakral and his family was very eager to get it. Rohit emotionally blackmailed Raveena to get the CD, and she did. However, when she gave it to Rohit, she heard soon after that it was actually a ploy by Rohit to ensure that Kunal would suffer in the court case, and that Rohit was actually just using her to get his revenge on Kunal and Siddhi. Already she was a bit apprehensive about meeting Rohit like this, and hence when she heard this, she realized that she was doing wrong, and she managed to get the CD back. When Rohit, Richa and Thakral were looking for the CD, they realized it was missing and it was important to get it back.
So, Rohit decided to play his game in this one. He got his men together, and asked them to ensure that they took the CD from Siddhi when she was at the lab to get the CD verification (in order to ensure that the court accepted that the CD was genuine). When his men intercepted Siddhi at the lab, they realized that the CD was not in her purse, and also, she made a lot of noise, to the extent that they kidnapped her and too her with them in their car and back to their hideout.
Now, Thakral is worried, also because Kunal came to confront him over this kidnapping. He was worried about both his children doing all sort of wayward things, such as this kidnapping; he was also fearful of what will happen when Siddhi gets free, since she is a lawyer and her husband Kunal also has a very high temper. In the meantime, Siddhi has got to know that it was Rohit behind her kidnapping, and threatens him that she will make his life hell when she gets out; enough to make him very scared of what has happened.

Hindi TV Serial - Parichay - Holi while the court case is ongoing against Kunal

The serial is currently dragging a bit. You can take the court case that is currently ongoing Kunal and keep on making twists and turns in the case, and keep it going for weeks. There are twists and turns in the case, although the legalities of the case seem a bit strange - after all, there is no direct evidence against Kunal, and no confirmed witness. It rather seems like a case of Richa's word against Kunal, and yet it seems like there is no option but to find Kunal guilty.
Anyhow, in the latest twist, Thakral came to Kunal's house, showed him some money for getting the case settled, and then Kunal touched the money and gave it back, which was used by Thakal as a way of showing in court that Kunal was trying a bribe to get evidence in his favor (and somehow, the fact that you could everybody from Kunal's house to testify against him does not seem to mind). And then Kunal seems to think that the hotel would have security cameras in place, and finds a camera video which shows Richa mixing something in the drink and giving to Kunal, something that would be very good evidence in his favor in the court case.
Richa and Thakral find out about this, and then Rohit goes to Raveena and emotionally disturbs her enough that she agrees to get the evidence tape (from the hotel security camera) to Rohit (they are showing her to be totally stupid, and if she can't realize how much trouble her own brother is in, really beyond stupid).
At Kunal's society, Holi celebrations are going on. Normally, it is hard to get Kunal to play Holi, but Siddhi gets Kunal to come out, and then by mistake drenches him with water, and then gives him bhaang which causes him to get all strange, bhaang struck, including singing a song for her.

Hindi TV Serial - Parichay - Kunal stopped from arguing his own case in court

The serial has been going through a lot of drama. On the one hand, Kunal is getting more and more guilt-torn about the relationship that he has with Siddhi, convinced that he is doing wrong by being married to his dead brother's fiancee, and so on. He has told Siddhi about this many times, and this feeling is only getting reinforced. On the other hand, Siddhi for some reason known only to the makers of the serial, is refusing to tell him of the truth, that she is in love with him, and that she is fine with the marriage. She never even told him of whatever the confrontations that she had with Richa (and then they say later that their husband misunderstands them, since they hide half the things that could have led to a better relation).
Now, the court case filed against Kunal by Richa is progressing; after the initial setback, Thakral calls of a surprise by calling Siddhi to the stand, where everybody is surprised at her being called to the witness stand. And then Thakral manages to get her to reveal that she was there at the hotel where the incident between Richa and Kunal took place, something that Kunal did not know about. Also, during the case, he told the court something that shocked most of the Chopras, that about an impending divorce between Kunal and Siddhi. Now, Raj and Gaurav did not know about this divorce case and are truly surprised and very angry.
During the midst of the case, Kunal gets very angry after being provoked by Thakral, and takes physical action against Kunal. As a result, the judge stops proceedings, and orders that henceforth, Kunal will not able to fight his own case and will have to have a different lawyer, something that Thakral wanted. On the other side, Raveena is debating what she is doing, and whether she was the one who leaked the news of the divorce to Thakral.

Hindi TV Serial - Parichay - The case against Kunal for attempted rape of Richa

The situation between Kunal and Siddhi was getting a bit tense, since Kunal had come to the conclusion that his marrying Siddhi was something that was wrong, and it would not be right for him to be married to his dead brother's fiancee. Given the way he is, Siddhi knows that it is not right for her to openly oppose, so she manipulates things such that the judge says that they need to spend 6 months together to re-think about the divorce plans, and thus Siddhi gets what she wants. And she deftly manages to blame Kunal for what the judge said.
At the same time, Richa, in response to a challenge from Siddhi, claims that Kunal is only hers and decides to trap him in a situation where he will have no option to come to her and drop Siddhi. So, in a party, she manages to put something in his drink, and after some time, she believes that what she is trying to do is getting done, since she also manages to take him to her room. Siddhi is following them, and is devastated when she sees that Kunal is hugging Richa, and feels that she has lost. However, this is because Kunal believes that it is Siddhi with him, and then conveys to Richa that she is a closed chapter for him, and he is only for Siddhi.
Soon after, a devastated Richa decides on her revenge, and tells her father Thakral that Kunal in fact tried to rape her, and, since Thakral hates Kunal, he comes to their house along with police and gets him arrested for attempted rape. Kunal, after getting bail, decides to fight his own case although Siddhi is worried about what will happen. In the first set of combat in the court, Kunal gets the better of Richa by reciting the story of what happened (atleast from the perspective of Richa), then denies everything and tells Thakral to prove this story. It is seen as a good tactic, and Kunal waits for Siddhi to praise these legal skills of hers.
