Hindi TV Serial - Geet - Hui Sabse Parai - Geet told her truth, and Mann accepted it after some drama

The serial moves fairly fast. From the time when Geet had a fake engagement with Mann to ensure that Mann's grandmother was feeling fine, things moved fairly fast. Geet was uncomfortable with the fact that she was hiding her past from Mann, and told Mann that she was pregnant. For Mann, who believed that he was in love with Geet, and that she also liked him, this was a big shock and he treated like she had betrayed him.
However, Geet was determined to tell him the truth about what had happened to her, and inspite of the fact that Mann started treating her with suspicion, and even showed some amount of distaste for her, Geet finally managed to get Mann into a room, and told him about what all had happened to her - her marriage by her family to an eligible NRI called Dev, his abandoning her after one night, the anger of her family against her for the pregnancy, and the attempt to end the pregnancy. She basically asks Mann as to what is her fault in all this, and Mann really cannot say anything. However, Mann does say that he thought that she was his, something that really shocks her.
She starts running away from her, and Mann soon realizes his mistake. He also realizes that he behaved badly towards her, and decides that he wants her in his life, even with her pregnancy. However, by that time, she has run away and people are not willing to tell him where she has gone. He finally manages to track her down at the railway station and brings her back after a little drama. They are now together, and both know that they love each other a lot, but they still have some amount of playful banter.
At the same time, Dev is reformed, after his wife Nayantara leaves, and his school friend comes to him; and he confesses all his past misdeeds to her.

Hindi TV Serial - Geet - Hui Sabse Parai - Geet continues to shy away from Maan because of her own constraints

The serial is showing a lot of time in getting the 2 main characters together, especially since they have their own issues. Maan is a person who is focused on his work, but is getting closer to Geet and it is taking time for him to realize this. However, now he is pretty sure that he is indeed attracted to Geet, and from the time that he comes closer to her, he feels that she is reciprocating; and indeed, she is, since she is also coming close to her. However, she realizes that she should move away from Maan, and is facing her own problems in getting away from him. She tried to stay away from him, but there were so many circumstances due to which she came closer to him, including a scenario where she trips on something and falls on him, bringing her into face to face contact with Maan. In another scene, they show both of them hugging, and for a long period, but however, she does manage to get away, trying to give the impression to Maan that she is not really with him, and would prefer to stay away from him. He is distressed at this, and is now shown as trying to understand what happened, and being hostile towards her (although this might be a bit brief).
At the same time, there is another complication into the picture. Geet was briefly married to a guy named Dev who pretended to be a NRI from Canada, and who betrayed her. And now Dev is coming back into the picture, with him and his wife Nayantara coming back into the same city, and Nayantara is getting jealous at the apparent contact of Dev with Geet.

Hindi TV Serial - Na Aana Is Des Ladoo - The elections are near, and Sia is also expecting a baby

The scene is cast in Na Aana Is Des Ladoo. After a long period where it seemed that Sia had given up the fight, she is back in the bitter fight against Ammaji and is standing up against her in the local elections. Something that is troubling Ammaji to a large extent, since she believes that the women of the village would vote for Sia and make things difficult for her.
Raghav is providing full support to Sia in this, and standing up to his mother, something for which she blames Sia, believing that Sia has taken her son away from her. Further, Raghav was a strong person she had, and so this is causing her more problems. Attempts were made to get Raghav away from the campaign, including by attacking him and causing injuries that would prevent him for supporting Sia. However, all this does not deter Raghav and he decides to continue to stand by the side of Sia, including when aspersions were cast on her.
Sia is trying to empower the women of the village, so that they can fight the injustices being done on them, and some of this message is starting to get through to the women, in a couple of cases, women are shown as standing up to their husbands.
Further, the police presence in the village is troubling Ammaji, since the police is preventing injustice being done, and preventing people such as Joginder from causing problems and doing vote fraud. However, Ammaji has one last card up her sleeve. She goes out and claims that she would want people to vote for Sia, especially since Sia is expecting Raghav's child, and she hopes that his action will make sure that all the menfolk will vote for Ammaji, and make them also prevent their wives from going out to vote.

Hindi TV Serial - Bandini - The plans of Megha are finally defeated, with her truth being revealed

Bandini suddenly saw one of the mini-series within the serial coming to and end. The entire drama of Dr. Megha and Vishal has come to an end, with her being exposed as a fraud, and with Santu being restored to her former position. The last 2 episodes caused this entire transformation, and made everything right again.
Dr. Megha was on her way to marry DM (although how DM could marry again since he had not yet divorced Santu was something that no one bothered to explain) based on the fact that DM had a son by her, Vishal. And even though DM refused to believe that he had any relation with her, the DNA evidence was there that Vishal was indeed DM's son; and when Santu came to know of this, she left DM and forced him to marry DM. However, a chance encounter with a nurse from 10 years back revealed to Santu that Vishal was actually her and DM's son, and that Megha was upto something, she comes back to defeat that plan.
For some time, it seems that Santu is not able to do anything much, since Megha has stolen the letter, and then when Santu gets a DNA test done in order to prove that she is the rightful mother of Vishal, she does so after telling Megha, and in turn, Megha works with the doctor doing the test to change the report. Then, at the actual time of the marriage, Megha and Sarang (who Megha takes as an ally) plot to kidnap Santu and take her away from the house; however, in the end, they show that it is indeed Santu who gets married to DM (or re-married as they say), and when the truth is revealed, it is Motiben who assaults Megha, and asks the police to take her away.
However, Vishal is very distresses that Megha is going away, and maybe that will form the basis for the next mini-story.

Hindi TV Serial - Bandini - Santu realizes the truth about Megha, comes back to challenge her and take her place back

The show is getting real weird. It keeps on showing the central character of Santu suffering problems (sometimes of her own making, including when she believes anything without adequate proof, and consequently, suffers later) and then overcoming them over a period of time. The current situation in the show is something similar.
Around 6 months back, the show suffered a major problem when there was shown to be a past relationship between DM and Megha, with DNA tests showing that Vishal was the son of DM (even though DM denied that there was ever a relationship between him and Megha). When Santu sees this, she breaks up with DM and wants DM to give Vishal his due as well as the proper rights for Megha (although by her logic, Santu should continue to be the one who should get the most rights from DM).
However, even when DM goes to get her back, Santu refuses to go back, and then, based on the perception that people may feel wrong about DM and Megha, DM agrees to marry Megha. And then it happens. Santu comes across some evidence that indicated that there is a lot of wrong in the claims made by Megha, and comes back to confront Megha. However, the evidence that she had is no longer available, most likely taken by Megha.
Now, the family is against her, and DM also is not in her favor, but Santu is used to such odds in the past. Megha is conspiring with Motiben to cause lots of problems for Santu, and now, there are rumours that the show may go in for another time shift in the future. If something like that happens, then it would seem really odd.

Hindi TV Serial - Na Aana Is Des Ladoo - Sia and Raghav break away from Ammaji, with Sia also standing for elections

A whole lot of drama in the last few weeks; for some time now, there has been lot of feedback that the original theme of Sia standing up to Ammaji, and protesting against what she does to women's rights has got thwarted and badly watered down. Sia would seem totally submissive to Ammaji, and it was left to others to raise the banner of revolt against Ammaji, with Ammaji's own daughter Amba doing the same. However, Ammaji managed to overcome all these challengers, and remained supreme.
Now, the show is back to a contest between Sia and Ammaji, over the case of Gajendra attempting to rape the maid Gunja, and killing her in the process. Sia gets the truth out of Gaji by scaring him at night (but the others do not know this). Ammaji does not approve of Sia claiming that Gaji is guilty and starts to take measures to protest his innocence. In the court case against Gaji, the former lover of Gunja is forced to claim that Gunja was of loose character, anything to ensure that nothing happens to Gaji.
Sia is forced to take a stand against Ammaji, including fighting the elections against her, with Raghav standing by her side. Ammaji throws them out of the house, and then Jogi decides to take steps against Sia, including sending his men to kidnap her. She does get kidnapped, which enrages Raghav, enough that he challenges Ammaji directly. However, it was not Jogi's men who had kidnapped her. Sia manages to escape the kidnappers, although she was in danger of getting raped by them. This now poses a bigger challenge to Ammaji, since it is feared that this will make people emotionally in favor of Sia.

Hindi TV Serial - Laagi Tujhse Lagan on Colors - Dutta and Nakusha go down in a cliff in their vehicle, safe, and romantic

Things keep on moving fast in this serial. Soon after Nakku proved herself in the eyes of Dutta by saving him from the goons of Anna at the temple, he decided that no matter what she was supposed to have done in the past, she has absolved herself of the supposed crime of betraying him by helping Supriya escape, and as a result, she should consider herself free of the punishment that he levied. However, Nakusha has always loved Dutta, and can never think of leaving him, but Dutta is now going to leave her to the city, along with her mother and Sethji (along with his trusted lieutant).
On the way, Dutta is somewhat lacking in concentration, and his car heads straight towards a cliff. The terrain is muddy, and slippery, and it seems very difficult to get the vehicle to stop from going over the cliff. Everybody else gets off from the vehicle, but Nakku refuses, saying now that she will stop listening to the orders of Dutta, and she will stay with him. And finally, the vehicle does go over the cliff, with both of them being injured and thrown about.
And Anna's men are after them, with both of them trying to remain hidden, and being chased by Anna's men. At the same time, Naku is unsure about when to reveal to Dutta that she is actually fair in color, something that makes her very attractive. In the meantime, back in the house, there is a lot of shock at the probability that Dutta and Nakku could have died in the crash; and then the purohit of the family says that Dutta is probably alive, due to the presence of a person whose name starts with 'N'.

Hindi TV Serial - Uttaran - More problems for Ichcha, and the truth about drug addiction problems

In Uttaran, Ichcha has been facing perpetual problems with Vansh now. The concept was that if she would get married to Vansh, then he would have a strong incentive to reform himself and not go back to drug addition; further, the amount of love he would get from a strong loving wife would help even further. But, this does not really seem to be working, since Vansh remains forever suspicious of Ichcha, and her relationship with Veer. Veer has gone away from the house, but not yet gone to the United States as he told everybody, and Vansh gets to know about this.
Further, anything Ichcha does gets Vansh angry, whether she has gone for shopping outside and takes too long, or if she is late for a dinner that Vansh has cooked. He remains hyper-active, ready to become very angry, and also not very friendly towards Veer.
And then a shock for Veer. He meets a doctor who specializes in drug addiction cases at a party, and then hears some very shocking advice from her. When he tells her about Vansh and the marriage, and how they are attempting to cure Vansh through the marriage, she tells Veer that they are doing something that is not right.
The way to solve such cases is by taking the person through a drug de-addiction program, and then ensuring that they get proper treatment. Marrying them off to somebody and hoping that love will cure them is something that does not work, and can result in severe problems for the wife, since the person will remain temperamental, prone to fits of severe anger, and other such problems, and the wife will have to face all this, something that Ichcha is already facing.

Hindi TV Serial - Laagi Tujhse Lagan on Colors - Naku saves Datta's life, so maybe he will start believing her now

Datta has his mind poisoned against Nakusha due to the running away of Supriya, since Kala blamed the entire episode on the planning of Nakusha. Datta decided to punish Naku (since she claimed to love him) by marrying her, and then ensuring that she cannot run away, and she would certainly not get the rights and love of a wife. And at the same time, Kala also determines that she would do whatever she could to ensure that Naku remains insulted and downtrodden.
But, things will change, since the love of Naku is so strong that she is willing to wait for her real self to be apparent to Datta, and then he will realize that she is not against him, and in fact, is his strongest supporter. And the situation for that happens soon enough. Datta is fighting hard against Anna, who is one step ahead of Datta in terms of planning.
So, Anna decides to trap Datta in a temple, by getting all the pandits replaced by his men, and also ensuring that Datta does not have any armed security in the temple along with him. But Naku, who is at the house, learns of this from the pandits who were replaced by Anna's men, and rushes to the temple to save him. She prevents Datta from drinking poison given to him by Anna's men, and then there is a fight. In this fight, Datta along with Baji manage to keep a knife concealed with Naku when they are under the fear of guns, and as soon as there is an opportunity, Datta gets the knife and manges to rescue themselves from the clutches of Anna's men. When Datta comes home, he is determined this time to stop Anna totally, and also reveals to the household how Naku was the one who was responsible for saving them. In return for this task, he offers to Naku that she can get rid of the marriage that is keeping her prisoner, while that is the last thing that Datta would want.

Hindi TV Serials - Bidaai - Sadhana dead, and the serial now jumps 7 years ahead

In the pretty popular serial, Bidaai, on Star Plus, things suddenly seem to have gone into fast action. If you consider the movements of the past 2-3 weeks, everything seems to have been accelerated. After the resolution of the illegitimate son of Inderjeet, things were fast forwarded. Everybody seemed to be happy, both Sadhana and Ragini got pregnant, with nearabouts the same delivery date.
And then news started filtering out that would change a lot of stuff in the serial. The news was that Sadhana would be out of the serial, there would be a time leap, and Ranvir would also be out of the serial. Sadhana may come back later in a different role. And so things started moving; first you had Sadhana giving birth to Khushi, and then praying that all the bad things she started feeling would go away. However, this was not to be.
When visiting the temple at around the time that Ragini would be going in for birth, Sadhana and Alekh got caught in a bomb blast by terrorists, the resulting explosion causing the death of Sadhana at the scene, and Alekh being pushed back to his crazy state due to the shock of the explosion. And Ragini had to accept this, as well as the fact that she was now responsible for the care of 2 infants, 2 girls, being Khushi, and her own daughter Tamanna.
And then the serial has moved into fast forward, into 7 years in the future, in a time leap. Ragini has accepted the loss of Sadhana, but the pain remains.

Hindi TV Serial - Uttaran - Vansh trying to force Ichcha to say something, but she refuses to say anything but the truth

Ichcha is really stuck in a bad position. She was trying to be the goody-goody one by helping Vansh to get over his drug addiction by marrying him, but did not care about what this meant to Veer who wanted to marry her. In addition, she did not tell Vansh the truth in person, but tried to tell Vansh about the relation between her and Veer through a letter, something that Tapasya intercepted and replaced. And this was something that was purely Ichcha's fault - she knew about Tapasya's character, knew that Tapasya is very much capable of taking such steps and doing anything to spoil Ichcha's life, and yet when she could have stopped Tapasya earlier (when the police was asking about who made the attempt on Ichcha's life), she let Tapasya go.
Now, Tapasya has been slowly twisting the knife in, making Vansh believe that Veer and Ichcha had a rollicking affair that is still continuing after the marriage, and as a result, Vansh has grown very vindictive. He spares no attempt to make snide remarks on both Ichcha and Veer, even when the whole family is there. He also emotionally blackmails Ichcha to make a public comment against Veer in front of the whole family otherwise he would go back to taking drugs. Ichcha is emotionally distraught at this since she does not want him to go back to taking drugs, but she cannot lie, and as a result, Vansh now claims that he will start taking drugs again and this time, nothing will stop him.
And now, Vansh is dangling a packet full of drugs in front of Ichcha, claiming that he will now start and she can do nothing to stop him.

Hindi TV Serial - Jyoti - Finally Jyoti understands that she wants to be with Kabir only, while Pankaj realizes that he will do anything for the child

In Jyoti, there are 2 separate tracks going on with the 2 men in Jyoti's life, one being Pankaj who kicked her out of his life and refused to accept that the child she was carrying was his. And as a part of this, he has now learnt from Brij that whatever he had learnt in the past was all false, and that the child that Jyoti is carrying is his. And he is now determined to do whatever it takes to get the forthcoming child back to him, to the extent that he is now willing to even reply back to his Choti Man. He is consulting with his lawyer to determine the best possible method for this, and this could even including marrying Jyoti to ensure that the child remains with him. For this, he is willing to divorce his wife Neelam (since it has now become clear that relations between the 2 of them are not so cordial, including when he caught Neelam with somebody else and learnt that she does not really consider him a husband).
On the other hand, Jyoti has been battling with her feelings for Kabir, since her friendship with him has been very strong - he seems a perfectly understanding and no-pretences guy who also seems to be a very good friend. And he has made it very clear that he wants to marry her and will prove to be a good dad for her future child even when the child is not his. It is only when he is leaving that she realizes that she does not want him to leave and chases his to the train station where like a filmy end, it seems that he has left, and when she turns, she sees him. Padma is not happy at this, but others in her family support her; when Pankaj learns about his, he is very angry and wants to do anything that will prevent control of the child from going to somebody else.

Hindi TV Serial - Na Aana Iss Des Ladoo - Has Ammaji really got transformed after learning that Amba is her own daughter

Is there really a transformatation in Ammaji after she got to learn that Amba is her own daughter ? It is hard to believe that somebody as strong willed as Ammaji will not have the capacity to withstand shocks, but it would seem that the makers of the serial are trying to show that maybe she can also change over a period of time. In this case, Ammaji spent a lot of time tracking down who Amba is, what are her origins, and finally tracked down the Daima of Amba, somebody known to her. This was the same Daima to whom Ammaji had handed over Amba soon after she was born; and this was the same Daima who told Amba later about how Ammaji was her real mother and had handed her over after she was born; thus causing a huge amount of hatred to be formed in Amba against Ammaji.
Now, Ammaji has got to know about Amba, and this is causing a huge amount of emotional turmoil in her; she now understands why Amba hates her; but is there a real change of heart ? That one cannot be sure, and it is doubtful whether anyone knows. The makers of the serial can change the situation anytime, say for example, a couple of weeks later, they can show that this transformation was fake and was meant to find out all those in the household who were supportive of Amba.
For now, Ammaji is trying to be supportive of Amba to some degree, so that when Jogi comes to say something that is against Amba, Ammaji scolds him and sends him away, she tries to act more supportive of Amba; and also comes into view Amba when Amba is sleeping, with the makers of the serial showing her giving a tender look. However, by now Amba refuses to believe that Ammaji can transform in any way; and has sworn to teach the oppressed women of the household how to speak up for themselves and protect their rights; starting with Sia.

Hindi TV Serial - Pavitra Rishta - Actor Sushant Singh Rajput gets extreme reactions from fans about his upcoming on-screen divorce on Pavitra Rishta

Everywhere he goes these days, Actor Sushant Singh Rajput who plays Manav on Zee TV’s popular soap Pavitra Rishta is flooded with strong reactions about his upcoming on-screen divorce with wife Archana. Recently at a supermarket picking up groceries, the actor was flocked by a group of housewives who were very keen to know if he’ll really divorce Archana on May 31st. When Sushant smiled and suggested that they watch the show for that answer, the ladies decided that here was their chance to change the actor’s mind and ensure that their favorite on-screen jodi stays together. For no less than 20 minutes, they went on and on about how Archana and he make a great couple, that the two of them will stay happy together in real life only if they stick together on screen and how it would be a tragic mistake if the plot of the show had the two of them actually getting divorced.
In another instance, Sushant was picking up his cousin from her college when a bunch of her classmates gathered around Sushant. The bubbly bunch, very evidently nursing a crush on the actor, were more curious to know if the actor was breaking up with co-star Ankita Lokhande (who plays Archana) in real life as well. Sushant was a little irritated when an over-excited, cheeky motor-mouth blurted, “You should totally divorce Archana in the show and break up with her in real life too. You deserve someone better … like me!”
Attending a puja at a friend’s place, Sushant least expected his character on the show & the upcoming plot of his divorce to follow him into the pious environment. Even there, a visibly concerned old lady began telling him that she’s been praying for Archana & him to stay together and the divorce to be called off. Even as Sushant hugged the old lady, he realized how important it had become for so many fans across the country that his “Pavitra Rishta” with Archana stays intact!

Hindi TV Serial - Bandini on Imagine TV - Santu again faced with the question of whether she killed Arjan

In Bandini, like in any hindi serial, no happiness comes without some problems. So it is in the case of Bandini. Soon after she realizes that Birwa is not actually what seems to be, and in fact, is trying to save Monghi from the advances of a villanious Sarang. She manages to do, but at the sacrifice of having to marry Sarang and also sign over her property to her. And she was not able to tell this to anyone, only reveal it to Santu, that too when Santu finds the letters that Birwa had written to her.
However, there is a new complication for Santu. DM's sister, Motibhen is back, and this time she is determined to be a thorn in Santu's life. She wants to celebrate the marriage of Sarang and Birwa and prohibits DM from opposing her. DM is fine with this. Monghi remains angry with Santu for seemingly supporting Birwa even though Birwa caused this turmoil in the life of Monghi. And then Motibhen insists that DM divorce Santu, since even though she has been sentenced to 10 years in court, it is not the justice of Dharamraj that his son's killer lives in the house, and says that she will go to Ahmadabad to prepare the necessary papers.
Now, DM is in a fix. He has been told by Motibhen to take the necessary decision keeping in mind his reputation as a decision maker; he eventually tells Santu that either she tell him the truth, or she be prepared to end the relationship. Santu is very troubled at this decision by DM, but it would be very hard for her to tell DM the truth about who actually killed Arjan, since she lied to save a person, and is not likely to go back. But the truth would come out in some way, maybe Birwa will tell the truth.

Hindi TV Serial - Laagi Tujhse Lagan on Colors - Datta marries Nakusha in a drunken stupor, but his sister now humiliating her

In Laagi Tujhe Lagan on Colors, Nakusha is facing a huge challenge. The tactics of Kala (Datta's sister) to blame Nakusha for Supriya running away seem to have worked out, with everybody convinced that Nakusha was to blame, and she was unable to deny convincingly. So, Datta got real angry, and when combined with being drunk, he decided to take revenge in a different but predictable way. He told Nakusha that he will marry her and make her life hell, and so, in front of all the astonished family members, he marries Nakusha, but roughly. Nakusha however does take this as a proper marriage, and is ready to live with him in whatever way he wants to keep her.
And then the next morning, Kala comes in and tells Nakusha that she needs to leave the house. She wants to get Nakusha away and also blame her for running away, since that will ensure that the focus and anger of Datta will remain on Nakusha, as well as there is low chance of him getting involved with a girl again. So, in the morning, she scolds Nakusha that the marriage was held around a flame fueled by whiskey, and where Datta was angry and drunk, and that Nakusha should not consider that this was a proper marriage; in fact, when Datta will get up, he would regret everything that has happened and turn out Nakusha from the house right away or even harm her.
When Nakusha refuses to leave, Kala slaps her and forces her out of the house, backed by the other members of the household. Finally Nakusha and her family leaves, and when Datta gets up, he asks for Nakusha. When he learns from Kala that Nakusha fled the house, he gives chase and catches up with them, since his punishment of Nakusha is just starting and he would not let her go so easily.

Hindi TV Serial - Behnein on Star Plus - the fight of 4 sisters against many odds

As usual, for any serial, there has to be drama, there has to be intrigue, there has to be relatives plotting to steal money and property, and there has to be tension between a daughter-in-law and mother-in-law, with the husband getting stuck in between.
In the case of this serial, it is a serial that takes the life of 4 sisters, whose parents died in a fire caused by a short circuit. However, this fire would not have taken their lives, except for the case of the aunt of the girls, their father's sister, who hid the key to the room in which the parents were. The sister, Nimma Fai, had decided that the fire should let the parents die, and so it happened when the parents die. Now she wants the sisters to get married off so that she can take the property for herself.
The sisters are basically straight, but it is not necessary that all of them are fully strong, as the second eldest sister Smriti is weak in the head, and this gets further enhanced when her mother-in-law hides the medication she needs. Smriti has given birth to a baby Prem, but when it seems that her mental health could cause problems, her mother-in-law Kamini forces her to go to a mental health institution; at this, eventually the husband, Mihir would be marrying another girl Mansi to give care to Prem. However, Mansi is after his wealth, and to prevent this, Smriti's elder sister (Purvi) married Mihir (one wonders how she could get married since Smriti's marriage was not dissolved) to the shock of Amar, with whom Purvi was supposed to be married to.

Hindi TV Serial - Jyoti - How can everything suddenly turn good all of a sudden

Jyoti suddenly saw a major transformation. Till now, the people in the house were looking at her with some amount of criticism again (except for her father who always supports her); however, her condition in terms of pregnancy suddenly turned bad and she had to be rushed to the hospital. At that point, except probably for Poonam, her other family members realized that maybe they were being too hard on Jyoti and she was in hospital partly because of them and start feeling all protective and affectionate towards her. Deepu was feeling negative towards her, and then starts feeling protective towards her, and even scolds some nurses who were seeing Jyoti pregnant, and no signs of marriage and no signs of any husband or person from the husband's family.
And in something that makes you wonder about the logic being used in such serials, Sushma meets Brij (the new, TB afflicted, on his last stages, reformed person) and believes that he is indeed reformed, and even agrees to restart a family with him. When Jyoti is back from the hospital, Sushma also gets Brij there (coughing away to glory, does no one worry about the chances of the TB having a negative effect on the 2 pregnant ladies - Jyoti and Sushma ?). Anyhow, Jyoti is back to her self, with the prospect of Brij and Sushma getting together, Jyoti is even ready to convince the couple who were going to adopt the child (and how will Brij and Sushma survive?).
There is general agreement that Brij and Sushma should be married, and plans are afoot to start the planning for this marriage with a caveat that Jyoti will need to take care of herself and not exert herself too much.
On the other side, Pankaj really does not seem to get along too well with Neelam, and refuses to go with her to her parties where he feels out of place and is not able to mix in those type of parties. Neelam accuses him of not letting Jyoti go from his mind.

Hindi TV Serial - 12/24 Karol Bagh - Abhi tries to hit Bhalla with a knife, and then the police take him away

This was probably what Simi was most afraid about, about the fact that he can get very angry, and was also possessive about Simi. And so when Simi told Abhi about Bhalla's letter to her, he got very angry. He was angry at Simi for not telling her about the letter, and was even more angry at Bhalla for his crude letter and for making a pass at Simi. He jumped out of the house and was soon after Bhalla, and started chasing him. Soon, there was a situation where Bhalla had a knife with him, but Abhi managed to take the knife and pointed it at Bhalla's throat when Bhalla's mother was pleading with Abhi not to do anything. Simi soon arrived and was trying to stop Abhi, and then the police arrived and took Simi away.
In other stuff, Neetu is coming closer to Omi realizing that at heart he is a very good man. They talk a bit nice to each other and then get ready to leave to 12/24 Karol Bagh for the matarani ki chowki, and finally the relation between Neetu and her family improves. She learns about what all has gone on in the house and how Simi and Abhi did what they can to prevent the house from going to Bhalla, and then finally realizes that Simi is the good one in all this. They also get to know that Abhi is in jail, and is not likely to be there in the chowki unless somebody bails him out.
In the chowki, people have started arriving, and there is a call for the 2 son-in-laws, and while Omi is easily found, the other son-in-law Abhi is not present. Omi has tried to get his elder brother Nakul to bail out Abhi, but Nakul refuses to Omi and Omi had come back disappointed. Simi and Mili try to do a lot of pleading to bail out Abhi, but they are unable to convince the police to release Abhi, and then Bhalla arrives with his lawyer and tells the police to not release Abhi at all because he tried to kill Bhalla, and has serious charges against him.
However, in the end, Abhi does make it to the chowki, so one wonders as to who managed to bail him out of the police station, was it Nakul ?

Hindi TV Serial - 12/24 Karol Bagh - A fight between Abhi and Simi over Simi not telling Abhi about attack on her by Bhalla

It seems too good to last. For any serial, there is always the urge to introduce some tension between the lead characters, something that the makers of 12/24 Karol Bagh have started to do, between the lead pair of Abhi and Simi (with Abhi a bit immature as well, more prone to some amount of aggressiveness, as well as also being possessive of Simi). Abhi managed to get the eviction order on the house withdrawn and thus prevented Rajiv Bhalla from throwing the family out of the house, something that angered Bhalla to a large degree. Bhalla is not able to take this insult easily, and wants to take revenge by taking the house next to them, by taking 13/24 Karol Bagh.
Simi and Abhi are being romantic, but at some point, Abhi discovers a small piece of paper from Bhalla in Simi's purse, and is furious at Simi for hiding something like this from him. He manages to get Simi to tell him that this piece of paper was a letter from Bhalla where he promised to be lenient in the matter of the house if Simi came to him; and when Abhi got to know this, he was furious with Simi. He actually fights with Simi, telling her that she has done something that can threaten their marriage, given that she is hiding things from him, and it is such small things that can break a marriage. She tries to tell him that she hid it from him because of his anger, but is unable to mollify Abhi.
He then moves out of the house in anger, trying to find Bhalla in order to beat him up, and has to go from place to place to try to find Bhalla. In the meantime, Simi's mother goes along with Milli to Abhi and Anita's house in order to invite them to a prayer in their house; Mr. Taneja refuses since he says that relations between the houses are not good, but Mrs. Taneja agrees to come, and even persuades Anita to go back to Anuj's house (but Anita is not planning to go in a good mood).
