Hindi TV Serial - Diya Aur Bati Hum - Struggle for Suraj to get Sandhya admitted to college

The struggle is not something that the serial has given up on. Right from the launch of the serial, the story has been based on the struggle in the life of an educated girl, Sandhya, who gets married to a guy who is great at heart but is not as well educated as her, and who comes from a conservative family. So the struggle remains on, with Sandhya winning her hard mother-in-law's heart who sees the good nature in Sandhya, but who also needs to be forever aware that the ambition that Sandhya has to become an IPS office does not cause her to break her family. Bhabho is fully confident that if Sandhya becomes an IPS officer, it will cause huge changes to the family life of her son, Suraj, and hence is opposing any further education for Sandhya.
She tries out different tactics to achieve this result, including sending her son to take care of his sister when she is on a visit to her future in-laws place, on the day which is the last day of submission of form for college, with the hope that this will cause no admission in college. However, her son is determined that he will fulfil the ambition that Sandhya's family had for her, and will get her educated and a police officer. So he even decides to come back for some time from his sister's inlaws place so as to get the form filled and submitted.
During this time, some jewellery goes missing and everybody scolds him for this, with even his sister Chavi, stepping in and demanding that Suraj account for the 3 hours that he went missing. He freely admits that he came back to get the form filled and even when Bhabho is scolding him badly, he says that he will get her ambitions fulfilled and make her an IPS officer, even replying back to Bhabho and walking away from there. So, there is some tension in the air, and Bhabho must also be very worried, with her eldest and best son not agreeing to her wishes on this particular subject (and she has counselled Sandhya many times on the difference between a family life and being ambitious). Soon after Sandhya catches Chavi red handed in terms of the circumstances where the jewellery was lost and gets her to admit to Suraj about what happened.

Hindi TV Serials - Mann Ki Awaaz Pratigya - Arushi gets taken by force by Shakti

Something very strange is ongoing in the serial right now, especially when it comes to the right of women. Arushi marries Shakti when Shakti is already married to Kesar, and under the Hindu marriage code, Shakti cannot marry a second time when his first wife is alive. Pratigya and Krishna have been protesting this for quite some time, but have not managed to persuade any of the other family members, Shakti, SS, or Amma that what is happening is wrong. Instead, Krishna is criticized by all of them for turning over to the other side and only supporting his own wife.
And a new issue crops up when Arushi realizes that what she has done is wrong, that Pratigya was trying to help her and that she made a mistake by marrying Shakti in anger. She wants to change things, and seek the support of her family who have disowned her ever since she married Shakti. She manages to escape and goes along with Krishna and Pratigya back to her father's house who finally accepts her back. However, Shakti and Sajjan Singh come there, and using a gun, force Arushi to go back with them. Shyamji and Adarsh head to SS's house and lodge a complaint with the police and an inspector comes with them. After much coaxing, SS finally gets Amma to get Arushi from the room inside, and Arushi wants to leave. However, when the inspector finds out that Arushi had married out of her own choice and has not suffered any harm, he does not care that she wants to leave and tells her that she has to remain there. A strange action on behalf of the police.
Shakti is getting in a bad state, wanting to take Arushi, and is talking about killing Kesar so that he has only one wife, and that is Arushi.

Hindi TV Serial - Geet - Hui Sabse Parai - Geet continues to shy away from Maan because of her own constraints

The serial is showing a lot of time in getting the 2 main characters together, especially since they have their own issues. Maan is a person who is focused on his work, but is getting closer to Geet and it is taking time for him to realize this. However, now he is pretty sure that he is indeed attracted to Geet, and from the time that he comes closer to her, he feels that she is reciprocating; and indeed, she is, since she is also coming close to her. However, she realizes that she should move away from Maan, and is facing her own problems in getting away from him. She tried to stay away from him, but there were so many circumstances due to which she came closer to him, including a scenario where she trips on something and falls on him, bringing her into face to face contact with Maan. In another scene, they show both of them hugging, and for a long period, but however, she does manage to get away, trying to give the impression to Maan that she is not really with him, and would prefer to stay away from him. He is distressed at this, and is now shown as trying to understand what happened, and being hostile towards her (although this might be a bit brief).
At the same time, there is another complication into the picture. Geet was briefly married to a guy named Dev who pretended to be a NRI from Canada, and who betrayed her. And now Dev is coming back into the picture, with him and his wife Nayantara coming back into the same city, and Nayantara is getting jealous at the apparent contact of Dev with Geet.

Hindi TV Serial - Na Aana Is Des Ladoo - Sia and Raghav break away from Ammaji, with Sia also standing for elections

A whole lot of drama in the last few weeks; for some time now, there has been lot of feedback that the original theme of Sia standing up to Ammaji, and protesting against what she does to women's rights has got thwarted and badly watered down. Sia would seem totally submissive to Ammaji, and it was left to others to raise the banner of revolt against Ammaji, with Ammaji's own daughter Amba doing the same. However, Ammaji managed to overcome all these challengers, and remained supreme.
Now, the show is back to a contest between Sia and Ammaji, over the case of Gajendra attempting to rape the maid Gunja, and killing her in the process. Sia gets the truth out of Gaji by scaring him at night (but the others do not know this). Ammaji does not approve of Sia claiming that Gaji is guilty and starts to take measures to protest his innocence. In the court case against Gaji, the former lover of Gunja is forced to claim that Gunja was of loose character, anything to ensure that nothing happens to Gaji.
Sia is forced to take a stand against Ammaji, including fighting the elections against her, with Raghav standing by her side. Ammaji throws them out of the house, and then Jogi decides to take steps against Sia, including sending his men to kidnap her. She does get kidnapped, which enrages Raghav, enough that he challenges Ammaji directly. However, it was not Jogi's men who had kidnapped her. Sia manages to escape the kidnappers, although she was in danger of getting raped by them. This now poses a bigger challenge to Ammaji, since it is feared that this will make people emotionally in favor of Sia.

Hindi TV Serial - Laagi Tujhse Lagan on Colors - Dutta and Nakusha go down in a cliff in their vehicle, safe, and romantic

Things keep on moving fast in this serial. Soon after Nakku proved herself in the eyes of Dutta by saving him from the goons of Anna at the temple, he decided that no matter what she was supposed to have done in the past, she has absolved herself of the supposed crime of betraying him by helping Supriya escape, and as a result, she should consider herself free of the punishment that he levied. However, Nakusha has always loved Dutta, and can never think of leaving him, but Dutta is now going to leave her to the city, along with her mother and Sethji (along with his trusted lieutant).
On the way, Dutta is somewhat lacking in concentration, and his car heads straight towards a cliff. The terrain is muddy, and slippery, and it seems very difficult to get the vehicle to stop from going over the cliff. Everybody else gets off from the vehicle, but Nakku refuses, saying now that she will stop listening to the orders of Dutta, and she will stay with him. And finally, the vehicle does go over the cliff, with both of them being injured and thrown about.
And Anna's men are after them, with both of them trying to remain hidden, and being chased by Anna's men. At the same time, Naku is unsure about when to reveal to Dutta that she is actually fair in color, something that makes her very attractive. In the meantime, back in the house, there is a lot of shock at the probability that Dutta and Nakku could have died in the crash; and then the purohit of the family says that Dutta is probably alive, due to the presence of a person whose name starts with 'N'.

Hindi TV Serials - Bidaai - Sadhana dead, and the serial now jumps 7 years ahead

In the pretty popular serial, Bidaai, on Star Plus, things suddenly seem to have gone into fast action. If you consider the movements of the past 2-3 weeks, everything seems to have been accelerated. After the resolution of the illegitimate son of Inderjeet, things were fast forwarded. Everybody seemed to be happy, both Sadhana and Ragini got pregnant, with nearabouts the same delivery date.
And then news started filtering out that would change a lot of stuff in the serial. The news was that Sadhana would be out of the serial, there would be a time leap, and Ranvir would also be out of the serial. Sadhana may come back later in a different role. And so things started moving; first you had Sadhana giving birth to Khushi, and then praying that all the bad things she started feeling would go away. However, this was not to be.
When visiting the temple at around the time that Ragini would be going in for birth, Sadhana and Alekh got caught in a bomb blast by terrorists, the resulting explosion causing the death of Sadhana at the scene, and Alekh being pushed back to his crazy state due to the shock of the explosion. And Ragini had to accept this, as well as the fact that she was now responsible for the care of 2 infants, 2 girls, being Khushi, and her own daughter Tamanna.
And then the serial has moved into fast forward, into 7 years in the future, in a time leap. Ragini has accepted the loss of Sadhana, but the pain remains.

Hindi TV Serial - Laagi Tujhe Lagan on Colors - Datta back from the dead, tries to snare Anna

In Laagi Tujhe Lagan, Nakusha is fine with waiting for Datta to know the truth and realize that he is the victim of misunderstandings, in the meantime Datta really does not acknowledge her too much and still continues to hate her. Further, Datta's sister, Kala, who is behind all this, and who does not want anyone to come in a position of power, vows to do whatever she can do to make Nakusha's life hell and to get rid of her from the house.
Datta, in the meantime, is struggling against his enemy, Anna. And it is in the process of pursuing this that the family gets to know that maybe Datta has died in a helicopter crash. Everybody is shocked, with Nakku refusing to believe it, and asking Baaji many questions like whether anybody has seen the body of Datta, how can they believe this without seeing the body as so on.
Baaji finally finds the body of somebody at the scene of the helicopter crash, but the person has not died ; and then sees Datta behind him, and then Datta reveals that he is now trying to locate Anna. Further, Datta knows that this was a plot from Anna to try to kill Datta and that the helicopter pilot was behind it. Finally, Datta comes back to the home, and keeps on ignoring Nakku even though Nakku was very happy to see Datta.
Kala sees Datta softening a bit, and cannot see a case where Datta would soften his anger towards Nakusha, and tries to get him angry again by bringing up the earlier situation of Nakku being the cause of a betrayal, and blaming this for Datta taking more chances with his life now. Datta however is not in a mood for this, and wants to go and rest.

Hindi TV Serial - Uttaran - Vansh trying to force Ichcha to say something, but she refuses to say anything but the truth

Ichcha is really stuck in a bad position. She was trying to be the goody-goody one by helping Vansh to get over his drug addiction by marrying him, but did not care about what this meant to Veer who wanted to marry her. In addition, she did not tell Vansh the truth in person, but tried to tell Vansh about the relation between her and Veer through a letter, something that Tapasya intercepted and replaced. And this was something that was purely Ichcha's fault - she knew about Tapasya's character, knew that Tapasya is very much capable of taking such steps and doing anything to spoil Ichcha's life, and yet when she could have stopped Tapasya earlier (when the police was asking about who made the attempt on Ichcha's life), she let Tapasya go.
Now, Tapasya has been slowly twisting the knife in, making Vansh believe that Veer and Ichcha had a rollicking affair that is still continuing after the marriage, and as a result, Vansh has grown very vindictive. He spares no attempt to make snide remarks on both Ichcha and Veer, even when the whole family is there. He also emotionally blackmails Ichcha to make a public comment against Veer in front of the whole family otherwise he would go back to taking drugs. Ichcha is emotionally distraught at this since she does not want him to go back to taking drugs, but she cannot lie, and as a result, Vansh now claims that he will start taking drugs again and this time, nothing will stop him.
And now, Vansh is dangling a packet full of drugs in front of Ichcha, claiming that he will now start and she can do nothing to stop him.

Hindi TV Serial - Jyoti - Finally Jyoti understands that she wants to be with Kabir only, while Pankaj realizes that he will do anything for the child

In Jyoti, there are 2 separate tracks going on with the 2 men in Jyoti's life, one being Pankaj who kicked her out of his life and refused to accept that the child she was carrying was his. And as a part of this, he has now learnt from Brij that whatever he had learnt in the past was all false, and that the child that Jyoti is carrying is his. And he is now determined to do whatever it takes to get the forthcoming child back to him, to the extent that he is now willing to even reply back to his Choti Man. He is consulting with his lawyer to determine the best possible method for this, and this could even including marrying Jyoti to ensure that the child remains with him. For this, he is willing to divorce his wife Neelam (since it has now become clear that relations between the 2 of them are not so cordial, including when he caught Neelam with somebody else and learnt that she does not really consider him a husband).
On the other hand, Jyoti has been battling with her feelings for Kabir, since her friendship with him has been very strong - he seems a perfectly understanding and no-pretences guy who also seems to be a very good friend. And he has made it very clear that he wants to marry her and will prove to be a good dad for her future child even when the child is not his. It is only when he is leaving that she realizes that she does not want him to leave and chases his to the train station where like a filmy end, it seems that he has left, and when she turns, she sees him. Padma is not happy at this, but others in her family support her; when Pankaj learns about his, he is very angry and wants to do anything that will prevent control of the child from going to somebody else.

Hindi TV Serial - Pavitra Rishta - Actor Sushant Singh Rajput gets extreme reactions from fans about his upcoming on-screen divorce on Pavitra Rishta

Everywhere he goes these days, Actor Sushant Singh Rajput who plays Manav on Zee TV’s popular soap Pavitra Rishta is flooded with strong reactions about his upcoming on-screen divorce with wife Archana. Recently at a supermarket picking up groceries, the actor was flocked by a group of housewives who were very keen to know if he’ll really divorce Archana on May 31st. When Sushant smiled and suggested that they watch the show for that answer, the ladies decided that here was their chance to change the actor’s mind and ensure that their favorite on-screen jodi stays together. For no less than 20 minutes, they went on and on about how Archana and he make a great couple, that the two of them will stay happy together in real life only if they stick together on screen and how it would be a tragic mistake if the plot of the show had the two of them actually getting divorced.
In another instance, Sushant was picking up his cousin from her college when a bunch of her classmates gathered around Sushant. The bubbly bunch, very evidently nursing a crush on the actor, were more curious to know if the actor was breaking up with co-star Ankita Lokhande (who plays Archana) in real life as well. Sushant was a little irritated when an over-excited, cheeky motor-mouth blurted, “You should totally divorce Archana in the show and break up with her in real life too. You deserve someone better … like me!”
Attending a puja at a friend’s place, Sushant least expected his character on the show & the upcoming plot of his divorce to follow him into the pious environment. Even there, a visibly concerned old lady began telling him that she’s been praying for Archana & him to stay together and the divorce to be called off. Even as Sushant hugged the old lady, he realized how important it had become for so many fans across the country that his “Pavitra Rishta” with Archana stays intact!

Hindi TV Serial - Bandini on Imagine TV - Santu again faced with the question of whether she killed Arjan

In Bandini, like in any hindi serial, no happiness comes without some problems. So it is in the case of Bandini. Soon after she realizes that Birwa is not actually what seems to be, and in fact, is trying to save Monghi from the advances of a villanious Sarang. She manages to do, but at the sacrifice of having to marry Sarang and also sign over her property to her. And she was not able to tell this to anyone, only reveal it to Santu, that too when Santu finds the letters that Birwa had written to her.
However, there is a new complication for Santu. DM's sister, Motibhen is back, and this time she is determined to be a thorn in Santu's life. She wants to celebrate the marriage of Sarang and Birwa and prohibits DM from opposing her. DM is fine with this. Monghi remains angry with Santu for seemingly supporting Birwa even though Birwa caused this turmoil in the life of Monghi. And then Motibhen insists that DM divorce Santu, since even though she has been sentenced to 10 years in court, it is not the justice of Dharamraj that his son's killer lives in the house, and says that she will go to Ahmadabad to prepare the necessary papers.
Now, DM is in a fix. He has been told by Motibhen to take the necessary decision keeping in mind his reputation as a decision maker; he eventually tells Santu that either she tell him the truth, or she be prepared to end the relationship. Santu is very troubled at this decision by DM, but it would be very hard for her to tell DM the truth about who actually killed Arjan, since she lied to save a person, and is not likely to go back. But the truth would come out in some way, maybe Birwa will tell the truth.

Hindi TV Serial - Laagi Tujhse Lagan on Colors - Datta marries Nakusha in a drunken stupor, but his sister now humiliating her

In Laagi Tujhe Lagan on Colors, Nakusha is facing a huge challenge. The tactics of Kala (Datta's sister) to blame Nakusha for Supriya running away seem to have worked out, with everybody convinced that Nakusha was to blame, and she was unable to deny convincingly. So, Datta got real angry, and when combined with being drunk, he decided to take revenge in a different but predictable way. He told Nakusha that he will marry her and make her life hell, and so, in front of all the astonished family members, he marries Nakusha, but roughly. Nakusha however does take this as a proper marriage, and is ready to live with him in whatever way he wants to keep her.
And then the next morning, Kala comes in and tells Nakusha that she needs to leave the house. She wants to get Nakusha away and also blame her for running away, since that will ensure that the focus and anger of Datta will remain on Nakusha, as well as there is low chance of him getting involved with a girl again. So, in the morning, she scolds Nakusha that the marriage was held around a flame fueled by whiskey, and where Datta was angry and drunk, and that Nakusha should not consider that this was a proper marriage; in fact, when Datta will get up, he would regret everything that has happened and turn out Nakusha from the house right away or even harm her.
When Nakusha refuses to leave, Kala slaps her and forces her out of the house, backed by the other members of the household. Finally Nakusha and her family leaves, and when Datta gets up, he asks for Nakusha. When he learns from Kala that Nakusha fled the house, he gives chase and catches up with them, since his punishment of Nakusha is just starting and he would not let her go so easily.

Hindi TV Serial - Jyoti - How can everything suddenly turn good all of a sudden

Jyoti suddenly saw a major transformation. Till now, the people in the house were looking at her with some amount of criticism again (except for her father who always supports her); however, her condition in terms of pregnancy suddenly turned bad and she had to be rushed to the hospital. At that point, except probably for Poonam, her other family members realized that maybe they were being too hard on Jyoti and she was in hospital partly because of them and start feeling all protective and affectionate towards her. Deepu was feeling negative towards her, and then starts feeling protective towards her, and even scolds some nurses who were seeing Jyoti pregnant, and no signs of marriage and no signs of any husband or person from the husband's family.
And in something that makes you wonder about the logic being used in such serials, Sushma meets Brij (the new, TB afflicted, on his last stages, reformed person) and believes that he is indeed reformed, and even agrees to restart a family with him. When Jyoti is back from the hospital, Sushma also gets Brij there (coughing away to glory, does no one worry about the chances of the TB having a negative effect on the 2 pregnant ladies - Jyoti and Sushma ?). Anyhow, Jyoti is back to her self, with the prospect of Brij and Sushma getting together, Jyoti is even ready to convince the couple who were going to adopt the child (and how will Brij and Sushma survive?).
There is general agreement that Brij and Sushma should be married, and plans are afoot to start the planning for this marriage with a caveat that Jyoti will need to take care of herself and not exert herself too much.
On the other side, Pankaj really does not seem to get along too well with Neelam, and refuses to go with her to her parties where he feels out of place and is not able to mix in those type of parties. Neelam accuses him of not letting Jyoti go from his mind.

Hindi TV Serial - 12/24 Karol Bagh - A fight between Abhi and Simi over Simi not telling Abhi about attack on her by Bhalla

It seems too good to last. For any serial, there is always the urge to introduce some tension between the lead characters, something that the makers of 12/24 Karol Bagh have started to do, between the lead pair of Abhi and Simi (with Abhi a bit immature as well, more prone to some amount of aggressiveness, as well as also being possessive of Simi). Abhi managed to get the eviction order on the house withdrawn and thus prevented Rajiv Bhalla from throwing the family out of the house, something that angered Bhalla to a large degree. Bhalla is not able to take this insult easily, and wants to take revenge by taking the house next to them, by taking 13/24 Karol Bagh.
Simi and Abhi are being romantic, but at some point, Abhi discovers a small piece of paper from Bhalla in Simi's purse, and is furious at Simi for hiding something like this from him. He manages to get Simi to tell him that this piece of paper was a letter from Bhalla where he promised to be lenient in the matter of the house if Simi came to him; and when Abhi got to know this, he was furious with Simi. He actually fights with Simi, telling her that she has done something that can threaten their marriage, given that she is hiding things from him, and it is such small things that can break a marriage. She tries to tell him that she hid it from him because of his anger, but is unable to mollify Abhi.
He then moves out of the house in anger, trying to find Bhalla in order to beat him up, and has to go from place to place to try to find Bhalla. In the meantime, Simi's mother goes along with Milli to Abhi and Anita's house in order to invite them to a prayer in their house; Mr. Taneja refuses since he says that relations between the houses are not good, but Mrs. Taneja agrees to come, and even persuades Anita to go back to Anuj's house (but Anita is not planning to go in a good mood).

Hindi TV Serial - Na Aana Is Des Ladoo - Ammaji trying to turn Samar away from Amba, while Amba trying to change things in the haveli

Ever since Amba kidnapped Raghav and keeps him away, she is staying in Ammaji's haveli and trying to change things in the haveli. And Amba seems to have an old problem with Ammaji, and trying to level the scores a bit. Also, seeing how she is, the women in the household who have had a problem with Ammaji such as Sia and Santosh are starting to support her, to the extent that Santosh replies back to Jogi and claims that he will be set right by Amba (and then Jogi dreams about when Raghav is found, and then he will take his revenge against both Amba, and then Santosh).
Other ladies in the house such as Rangeeli who used to misbehave with the others worry about the reaction from Amba to their normal behavior; such as when Amba sentences Rangeeli to starve for a day for misbehaving with Santosh; and then when Rangeeli tries to mix something in the juice that Amba was supposed to drink, she gets caught and has to do 200 situps.
One of Amba's men, Samar, is susceptible to the influence by Ammaji, more so when Ammaji plies with sweets and special drinks, and also plays up to him by claiming that such a powerful man should not be under the influence of a woman leader and should have his own gang. Samar comes under this influence, and seems to start supporting Ammaji, promising her that he would help her by taking Ammaji and her men to save Raghav. However, Amba is suspicious that Samar is falling under the influence of Ammaji and may be close to becoming a traitor.
Now, the basic issue is whether Amba will be able to stay ahead of Ammaji, ensure that Raghav does not run away from his captivity, and that she is able to change the way things are running in the haveli.

Hindi TV Serial - Sapna Babul Ka .. Bidai - Finally the reconciliation between Sadhana and Vasu, after Sadhana saves Vasu

Typically reconciliations between people who are separated from each other comes only through some major events. In the case of the serial Sapna Babul Ka Bidaai, there is a huge gap between Vasu and Sadhana. Vasu always wanted the best for her sons, and for her, whatever she wanted was what needed to happen, and anybody who came in her way was somebody to be opposed. So, when Sadhana helped in getting Alekh better, this was appreciated, but now that Alekh was much improved, Sadhana was not a good enough wife for him, and with Malika being on the scene, it was easier to try to get Sadhana out of the way to make way for Mallika in Alekh's life.
Vasu had almost managed to make this happen, but at that time, everybody came to realize the value of Sadhana, and hence her entire family along with Ranveer made efforts to ensure that Alekh does not get engaged to Mallika, and they succeed. But as a result, both Alekh and Ranveer decide to leave the house, something that horrifies Vasu since she could not have expected such a thing to happen. However, all her efforts to get them back and away from Sadhana do not succeed.
Next, Sadhana, in her goodness, continues to try to get both Alekh and Ranveer close to Vasu again (overcoming any anger at Vasu); and then this freak event happens. In the room where Alekh-Sadhana and Ranveer-Ragini live, there is a short circuit and a fire starts. In the fire, eventually, Sadhana manages to save Vasu who had come in, but suffers as a result. She is injured in the fire, and is taken to hospital where the doctors are worried about the smoke in her lungs because of which they cannot do an operation; and in addition, Naveen and Anvi are upto something that will separate Vasu from her sons; but Ragini has overhead them speaking.

Hindi TV Serial - Laagi Tujhse Lagan on Colors - Datta's fiancee runs away, and Nakusha is eventually set to be blamed

Laagi Tujhe Lagan is a slightly strange serial, appearing on Colors, which talks about the life of a poor girl, who is beautiful, but hides her beauty because of the fear of being attacked for her beauty. Instead, she always wears an ugly face, and this ensures that people stay away from her. However, once in a while, people do get to know her real beautiful self and in such situations, it is hard for her, as happened when a police inspector got after her and wanted to marry her.
In the current case, Nakusha saves a gangster Datta from the bullets of his enemies, and hence starts working in his home as a maid along with her mother. She also falls in love with Dutta (although she is still wearing the ugly face, and hence the feeling of love is not reciprocated by Dutta). Dutta is engaged to a girl called Supriya, and the twist is that Supriya does not love Dutta, instead she loves some other ruffian and hates Dutta. And so, when the time comes for the marriage ceremony, Supriya jumps from the occasion, leaving her family members there, and also leaves Dutta in his marriage dress, tremendously angered by this desertion by Supriya. For some time, they believe that Surpiya is dead, but now the hunt has begun for Supriya, and Ravi, the person with whom she has run away.
In the house, they also know that somebody has helped Supriya, and the hunt has begun to find clues, and this is also the time when Dutta's sister (who is the real culprit) tries to implicate Nakusha by leaving some traces of evidence that would lead to Nakusha, and hopefully throw the entire brunt of Dutta's anger on Nakusha.

Hindi TV Serials - Bandini - In 2 episodes, Santu gets a major boost, and then a major shock

The last 2 episodes on Bandini have turned the serial significantly. In an episode, when Santu was caught along with Rudra in a locked room, in front of the whole family, and Rudra had, in order to save how own skin, claimed that Santu and he were in love. Santu did not offer any kind of defence, probably shocked that her family were so willing to accept that she could do this kind of moral outrages; she in fact did a ritual bath that showed that she was dissolving her relationships. And in addition, her husband, the Dharamraj showed all signs that he could not stand her anymore, telling her sister in fact that in spite of the outrage committed by Santu, the marriage of Monghi and Sarang should go ahead. However, it was all a plan by DM to show the truth of Santu by getting Rudra to disclose the truth, which in turn showcases to everyone that Santu was truthful and always correct. DM goes so far as to kick Rudra out of the house by hitting and slapping him, and then publicly proclaiming that he could never believe that Santu could every commit something like this.
And then the marriage starts. So far all the efforts put in by Birwa to stop the marriage have not been able to come true, and she was getting more desperate. And then suddenly, during the actual marriage, Monghi realizes that the person sitting in front of her is not Sarang, somebody else, and so it turns out. And so starts a desperate search for Sarang, with everyone trying to find him. However he is not to be found, and then comes the surprise with flowers and wishes starting to arrive, and then Birwa proclaims that she and Sarang are now married.

Hindi TV Serial - Jyoti on Imagine TV - Kabir saves Sushma's life and gets a much better reaction in the house

The last time Kabir was with Jyoti, there was widespread opposition within the Sharma household to him, especially since because of the curfew, Jyoti was out the whole night with Kabir; as a result, Kabir had to listen to things from various people in the Sharma household, and even Jyoti had somewhat cooled off on Kabir and told him to keep some distance from her on a personal nature, even though they would work together on the dance troupe. However, everything changes when Sushma is depressed, and wandering outside.
Her parents and family are not able to contact Sushma, and are worried about her. She is in the path of a truck, when Kabir saves her from the truck, and brings her back home. And to the contrast last time, this time everybody wants to hear the story, and when they find out that Kabir had saved Sushma, he becomes the hero, welcome in the house, and even invited for food. Padma also sees that Kabir may be able to help Deepu get a job, and thus have to avoid working for his father-in-law, even though KK has no issues with Deepu working for his father-in-law.
Sudha is still passing on communication between Jyoti and Pankaj, even though they are now divorced, and Pankaj is married to somebody else (after having turned out Jyoti from his house). When Pankaj hears that Kabir is there, he does get jealous.
On the other hand, Brij is at home, depressed and angry. He is liable to scream at people, although he is also getting it back from various people at whom he screams, including a young mother who tells Brij that he will die without a family if he does not mend his ways.

Hindi Serial - Sony - Godh bharai - the story of a childless couple, especially the woman

Indian society can be very cruel to those who do not fit in so easily, and a person who deserves sympathy can instead be treated with a lot of scorn. So, it seems with the concept of a married woman who has not had a child even several years after marriage, and is the case of the heroine, Aastha, of a new serial on Sony TV, called Godh Bharai. This is a serial that has recently started on Sony TV (although it was advertised for many weeks before the show, to the extent that people were sick and tired of the ad appearing on every break on the serial), started on March 8, 2010. The advertisement was depicting the concept of a lady who goes to a godh-bharai ceremony where the other ladies look at her with scorn since she is not a mother, believing her presence to be inauspicious to such a ceremony.
And when it comes her turn to felicitate the bride, she is stopped by the elders and told to leave from there, since she is a 'baanj', a barren woman. She also has to bear scorn within her own family over this; however, when she gets a checkup done, it turns out that she is fine, and most likely the problem is with her husband. And instead of taking the help of medical treatment to treat infertility, she wants to the play the sacrificial wife and hide the inability of her husband to give her a child and is willing to take the pain of being labeled a barren woman just so that her husband does not have to bear this emotional burden.
